Storia

Fu insediamento militare romano di un'mwhaunità ausiliaria (a partire dalla metà del mwhqI secolo sotto la mwhgdinastia giulio-claudia), chiamato mwhwQuintana. Negli anni mwia242-mwiq243 potrebbero esserci stati nuovi sfondamenti del mwigLimes germanico-retico ad opera degli mwiwAlemanni, come risulterebbe da alcuni ritrovamenti archeologici nei pressi del forte.cite-ref-2[2]
